What a visit looks like

  • What we do

Your therapist examines how you move, treats stiff areas with hands-on care and teaches exercises and ways to set up your work and home.

  • What decides how many visits

What your therapist finds, what you want to do again and how your body responds. Your therapist talks it through with you.

  • Who treats you

A physical therapist, and sometimes a physical therapist assistant under their direction. Your first visit is about an hour.

    Meet the team

    How fees work

Questions about this care

Will I need an X-ray first?

Not always. Your therapist decides during your first visit whether you need to see a physician for imaging or another check.

Can I keep working?

Often, yes. Tell us about your job, and your therapist plans around it and tells you what to change.
